Dr. Branko Skovrlj is a fellowship-trained neurosurgeon specializing in spine surgery, including minimally invasive techniques and complex spinal procedures. He completed his neurosurgical residency at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York, where he also pursued additional orthopedic spine fellowship training.
His work focuses on evaluating patients with structural spine conditions, particularly those who have not improved with prior treatment or who require a more advanced level of assessment. This includes minimally invasive procedures, revision surgery, and treatment of complex spinal disorders.
Dr. Skovrlj has authored numerous peer-reviewed publications in spine research and has presented extensively at national and international meetings. His background in both research and clinical practice supports a detailed, evidence-based approach to spine care.
