If you’ve been dealing with back pain, neck pain, or nerve-related symptoms that haven’t improved with treatments like physical therapy, medication, or injections, it may be time to see a pain management or spine specialist. Many patients reach this point after trying multiple approaches without lasting relief. A spine evaluation can help identify whether the issue is structural, nerve-related, or something that hasn’t been fully addressed yet.

Pain that continues despite treatment is often tied to underlying conditions such as disc herniation, spinal stenosis, or nerve compression. In some cases, early treatments may not fully address the source of the problem. A detailed evaluation, often supported by imaging, helps determine whether the issue involves the spine, surrounding joints, or nerve pathways.

Imaging such as an MRI is often helpful in guiding a spine evaluation, especially when symptoms have been ongoing or worsening. If you already have an MRI, it can be reviewed before or during your visit. If you haven’t had imaging yet, our team will determine whether it’s needed based on your symptoms, history, and prior treatment.

You can call our office directly or submit a request through the website. Our team reviews each request before scheduling to better understand your symptoms and determine the most appropriate next step.

Most patients have already tried at least one form of treatment and are looking for a clearer understanding of what to do next. This may include patients with ongoing back pain, neck pain, or joint issues that haven’t improved as expected.

We are out-of-network with most insurance plans, with the exception of Medicare. Patients with out-of-network benefits can often still use those benefits toward their care.

Out-of-network means we do not have a direct contract with your insurance provider. If your plan includes out-of-network benefits, those benefits may apply to your visit. Our team can help you understand what to expect before scheduling.

Bring any imaging (such as MRI reports), a list of treatments you’ve already tried, and your insurance information. This helps our team review your case more efficiently and determine the most appropriate next step.

Yes. Comprehensive Pain Solutions evaluates both non-surgical and surgical conditions. Some patients benefit from additional non-surgical treatment, while others may be referred for a spine surgery consultation based on their condition and imaging.
